What To Expect

Tesla is seeking an experienced operations candidate to run its Order Operations team. The team owns processes related to vehicle sales and delivery, tracks all orders from deposit to revenue recognition, and manages the vehicle registration process. This role requires collaboration with regional and functional management to ensure exceptional support to internal departments and the best customer experience.

What You'll Do
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, Delivery, Logistics, and Operations to improve workflows and minimize errors. Initiate automation programs to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
  2. Provide and implement cross-functional operational solutions for new business models and sales initiatives.
  3. Manage the vehicle registration process, including the Land Transport online system, number plate management, fee calculation, document generation, and fee/payment reconciliation.
  4. Manage the Certificate of Entitlement bidding and application process.
  5. Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with local vehicle trading regulations.
  6. Establish performance reviews for new programs to track outcomes.
  7. Prioritize and manage multiple projects with critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Develop internal process documentation and guidance for customer-facing teams.
  9. Participate in global projects as needed.
  10. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
