Job description

Your new company

My client is from the Automotive industry, and they are known for their robust engineering and Innovative designs, catering to various industries such as logistics, construction, and mining. With the expansion of the company, they are now looking to hire an Order Management Manager to support and lead their APAC business.


Your new role

  • Responsible for consolidating all order information to track lead time information and trucks in transition to end user.
  • Change management due to agile changing environment and situations for sales and order planning, and provide warnings and advice to regions.
  • Secure order planning activities in accordance to target delivery date through working level coordination via cross functional teams to production and regional S&OP personnel.
  • Act as the point of Contact Hub APAC to coordinate on truck logistics-related matters and ensure effective information flow between factories, order planning, delivery and invoicing.
  • Consolidate everything Letters of Credit (LC) opening requests and organise the process according to UD protocol, including secure LC confirmation from trade finance and ensuring Timely shipment.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in logistics and export processes, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of import procedures in Oceania and Asia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong customer orientation, well-structured, and organised.
  • Team player with high integrity, conscientiousness, meticulousness, and timely task delivery.
  • International experience and multi-cultural competence.
