Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process orders, ensuring accuracy in product details, quantities, and pricing.
  • Maintain and update order information, including shipment dates, order revisions, and special requirements.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising and Warehouse department to resolve issues related to order fulfilment and stock availability.
  • Communicate order changes, delays, or fulfilment issues to relevant stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Generate and maintain order status reports, tracking the progress of orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders and Franchise partners regarding order fulfilment, delivery timelines, and any order-specific inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an order management, fulfilment, or customer service role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
