Customer Service Coordinators (12 mths direct contract)
Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5pm
Monthly Salary:
Junior Coordinator: $3,200 – $3,400
Senior Coordinator: $3,500 – $3,800
Completion Bonus: 1-month salary upon successful completion of contract

Enter and verify customer purchase orders in SAP/Oracle
Track and monitor order fulfilment, shipping status, and backlog
Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure timely and accurate delivery and invoicing
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly
Support the Sales team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and trust
Tertiary education with 3–5 years of order processing/logistics coordination experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
Familiarity with SAP or Oracle systems for sales order entry and fulfilment tracking
Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients
Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
