Working hours: 9-6 & 9-1pm
Sunday and PH off

Jobscope:

1. Not just patient registration
2. Assisting in resolving conflicts
3. Attending to customer feedback
4. Explaining to patients the services they have
5. Attending to patient enquiries
6. Providing value-added service, justifying to new customers why their product is worth that value – no sales
7. Explaining to patients what kind of treatment they will be receiving prior to the procedure

Requirement:
- Prior customer service experience needed
- Able to start work within a short period of time.
