Job summary

Huron Consulting Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) implementations for telecommunications clients. You will steer end-to-end finance transformation programs, align with senior business leaders, and drive value through cloud-based processes.

You will mentor project teams, collaborate across functional and technical workstreams, and ensure successful adoption of Fusion Financials.

Qualifications

• 10-13 years of experience delivering Oracle Fusion Financials implementations with strong functional expertise.
• Completion of at least five end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, upgrade, lift-and-shift, or support engagements.
• Proven experience leading a full-cycle Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) implementation within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Revenue Management (RMCS), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Expenses.
• Experience conducting business requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, functional design documentation, CRP, SIT, UAT, and end-user training.
• Strong understanding of enterprise structures, chart of accounts, hierarchies, flexfields, data migration tools (FBDI and ADFdi), reconciliation processes, and financial reporting solutions such as OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), and Smart View.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and presentation skills with experience engaging senior business leaders

Responsibilities

• Lead complex finance transformation programs for telecommunications clients, focusing on RMCS implementations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, guiding finance transformation initiatives and mentoring project teams.
• Work collaboratively across functional and technical workstreams to realize value through streamlined processes, automation, and adoption of best practices.
• Partner with Oracle Support and client leadership to ensure successful project delivery and issue resolution.
• Support financial period-close processes and production support activities as needed.

Required

• Experience supporting financial period-close processes and production support activities.

• Knowledge of end-to-end integrations between Oracle Financials and Projects, Procurement, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.

• Experience working directly with Oracle Support to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.

• Prior consulting experience delivering large-scale finance transformation programs across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
