Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Oracle middleware and database administrator in Singapore to handle patching, Data Guard operations, and OHS/WebLogic/ADF environments.

You will coordinate maintenance, backups, and recovery readiness while ensuring system stability and compliance with change management processes. Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware 14c+ and Oracle Database 19c/Data Guard.
• Experience with Oracle HTTP Server, WebLogic Server / ADF Forms & Reports, Oracle Database administration & patching, OEM, Pro*C.
• Proven experience with Oracle CPU patching for mission-critical production systems with minimal downtime and strong backup/recovery knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform Oracle CPU/CSPU patching, including pre-patch assessment, planning, staging, deployment, validation, and stabilization.
• Support Oracle OHS, WebLogic/ADF, Forms & Reports, Oracle Database 19c, Data Guard, OEM 13c, and Pro*C environments.
• Perform Oracle Home, database, and OEM backups and ensure rollback/recovery readiness.
• Manage Data Guard patching and switchover activities.
• Validate services, database health, connectivity, Data Guard, redo transport, synchronization, listener, and OEM agent communications.
• Provide post-patch stabilization and issue resolution support.
• Review and remediate Vulnerability Assessment findings, including validation, remediation, testing, and audit evidence.
• Work within Change, Release, and Configuration Management processes.
