A global consulting firm is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Core HCM Manager in Singapore to lead implementations and deliver HR transformation solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of HRIS experience with a strong background in Oracle HCM and proven ability to manage teams effectively. This role requires excellent communication with client stakeholders and expertise in HR business processes, ensuring successful adoption of Oracle solutions aligned with client objectives.
As an Oracle HCM Cloud Core HCM Manager at Accenture Singapore, you will lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR solutions for large-scale, complex client engagements. You will work closely with clients to transform HR processes, manage delivery teams, and ensure successful adoption of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HCM modules, including:
Core HR
Workforce Structures
Employment, Assignments, and Work Relationships
Enterprise Structures
Security & Data Roles
Translate business requirements into functional and solution designs.
Ensure best practices and Accenture delivery methodologies are followed.
Oversee configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
Act as the primary point of contact for client HR and IT stakeholders.
Conduct workshops, design sessions, and solution walkthroughs with senior client leaders.
Provide strategic advisory on HR transformation and Oracle HCM roadmap.
Manage onshore/offshore functional teams and third-party vendors.
Mentor and coach consultants and senior analysts.
Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and quality metrics.
Support proposal development, effort estimation, and solution planning.
Ensure compliance with global and local HR requirements (including Singapore regulations where applicable).
Manage change requests, scope, and delivery risks.
Drive testing strategy (SIT, UAT) and support go-live and post-production stabilization.
8–12+ years of HRIS / Oracle HCM experience.
Minimum 3–5 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud Core HCM implementations.
Prior experience in consulting or system integrator environment preferred.
Experience managing teams and client-facing engagements.
Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HCM.
Knowledge of:
Oracle HCM security framework
Data conversion and HDL
Integrations (HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP)
Understanding of HR business processes and global HR models.
