Job Responsibilities

• Configure and implement detailed HCM Extracts requirements within Oracle HCM Cloud interfaces.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly by analyzing root causes and implementing solutions.
• Manage tasks proactively and organize work efficiently as an independent worker.
• Continuously enhance processes and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
• Participate in code and design reviews to uphold technical standards.
• Lead the technical design and development of new integrations and system enhancements.
• Provide subject matter expertise on application build and functionality, analyze business processes, and resolve system defects.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of Oracle Cloud HCM integration experience, preferably in a large global company.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of technology or industry experience.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing HCM Extracts, HDL templates, and Fast Formulas within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services for data retrieval and updates.
• Strong collaboration and negotiation skills.
