Oracle GTM Functional Lead

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Functional Lead to support the design, configuration, implementation, and testing of Oracle GTM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in Oracle GTM and global trade compliance processes, with the ability to lead customer workshops, translate business requirements into functional solutions, and work closely with technical and integration teams.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Functional Lead to support the design, configuration, implementation, and testing of Oracle GTM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in Oracle GTM and global trade compliance processes, with the ability to lead customer workshops, translate business requirements into functional solutions, and work closely with technical and integration teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional discussions and design workshops with customers to understand business requirements and define Oracle GTM solutions.
• Drive end‑to‑end functional design and ensure solutions are delivered within agreed timelines.
• Configure Oracle GTM based on business and compliance requirements.
• Support Restricted Party Screening (RPS) configuration and compliance processes.
• Configure and support Product Classification processes.
• Work with trade compliance, customs, declarations, licensing, and screening processes within Oracle GTM.
• Configure and manage trade content received from external content providers.
• Develop and review functional design documents, process flows, configuration workbooks, and test cases.
• Design end‑to‑end test scenarios covering different business transactions and trade processes.
• Plan and execute functional and integration testing for ERP‑related processes.
• Work with technical teams on integration mapping between Oracle GTM, Oracle OTM, ERP systems, and third‑party applications.
• Provide functional guidance on automation agents and use SQL for basic analysis and troubleshooting.
• Track testing progress, identify issues and blockers, and work with project teams to drive resolution.
• Support project teams through implementation, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM).
• Strong understanding of global trade management and trade compliance processes.
• Experience with Oracle GTM implementation and configuration.
• Strong experience in Restricted Party Screening, Product Classification, Trade Compliance, Licensing, Customs, and Declarations.
• Experience integrating Oracle GTM with Oracle OTM, ERP systems, and third‑party applications.
• Experience working with external trade content providers.
• Good understanding of Oracle GTM automation agents and basic SQL.
• Strong experience in functional design, configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to lead customer workshops and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS), particularly Shipping and Order Management.
• Experience working across Oracle OTM and GTM implementations.
• Exposure to large‑scale ERP transformation or global trade compliance projects.

Ideal Candidate

• The ideal candidate is a senior Oracle GTM functional consultant/lead who can independently engage customers, understand their trade compliance requirements, design and configure Oracle GTM solutions, and lead the functional delivery and testing lifecycle.
