Job summary

Ad Astra Consultants is seeking a skilled Oracle GTM functional expert in Singapore to bridge business requirements with Oracle GTM's logistics capabilities.

You will lead end-to-end GTM implementations, configure trade compliance screening, licence management, and declarations, and define integration strategies with Oracle ERP Cloud, EBS, SAP, and other ERP systems. You will also conduct workshops, manage UAT, and support quarterly releases.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle GTM.
• Thorough understanding of end-to-end GTM processes and global trade compliance.
• Experience with RPS/RPLS, licence determination, and trade content.
• Knowledge of GTM master data (Parties, Contacts, Items, Licences, Declarations).

Responsibilities

Job description

• Act as a functional expert, bridging the gap between business requirements and Oracle Cloud's advanced logistics capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end implementations, including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Configure and optimise Oracle GTM processes, including trade compliance screening, Restricted Party Screening (RPS/RPLS), licence management, customs compliance, and declaration management.
• Define and validate integration strategies between Oracle OTM/GTM and other Oracle Cloud applications, such as Inventory Management and Order Management.
• Conduct business workshops, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide post-go-live support.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and perform regression testing to ensure system stability.
• Demonstrate strong domain expertise in global trade compliance, international shipping regulations, and multimodal transportation.

Oracle GTM Functional Expertise

• Ability to lead integration design discussions and define end-to-end integration architecture.
• Strong understanding of inbound and outbound transmissions, transmission troubleshooting, and reprocessing strategies.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functional knowledge.
• Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Order Management and Shipping Execution knowledge.
• Knowledge of US AES filing, ECCN compliance, Export Controls, and Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ).
