• At least 3 end-to-end implementation engagements.

Specifically, as an HCM Consultant, your responsibilities will include:- Innovating and refining pre-configuration solutions and methodologies- Enhancing pre-configured solutions to align with Fusion Releases by staying updated on new features- Proficiency in Workforce Management, Compensation, Succession, Career Development, ODA, and HRHD will be advantageousYour insatiable curiosity and exceptional problem-solving skills will be invaluable in reshaping the future of technology. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of technical acumen and business acuity, which will be instrumental in assisting customers in achieving real-world success with our products.
