• Hands-on functional and technical expertise across Oracle EBS SCM modules.
• Extensive experience with Quote to Cash, Order Management, Manufacturing, MES, Quality, Inventory and Purchasing.
• Ability to support migration plans from EBS 12.2 to Oracle Fusion and multi-country localization.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Oracle EBS 12.2 across SCM, CRM and Finance.
• Act as hands-on SME to guide business users through end-to-end Oracle processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, data and integration issues.
• Gather requirements and propose solutions with IT stakeholders for enhancements or changes.
• Support planned migration to Oracle Fusion within the next year.

Job title: Oracle EBS SCM Techno FunctionalJob location: Singapore(Onsite)Job type: ContractKey ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day functional and technical support for the existing Oracle EBS 12.2 environment across SCM, CRM, and Finance modules.Act as a hands-on subject matter expert and independent consultant to provide hand-holding support to business users on end-to-end Oracle process flows.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve functional and technical issues, including configuration, data, and integration-related problems.Support and advise on end-to-end business processes specific to the Semiconductor Manufacturing vertical across the relevant Oracle modules.Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and support enhancements or minor change requests.Contribute Fusion module knowledge to support the clients planned migration from EBS 12.2 to Oracle Fusion within the next year.Support Singapore statutory/localization requirements and multi-country operations where applicable.Required Skills & Experience1.
