Adecco is partnering with an established semiconductor company and they are looking for a CRM Application IT Manager (Oracle Fusion) to join the Team!
The Job:
- Lead the planning, development, and management of a cost-effective CRM system to support business needs.
- Work closely with customer service teams to implement CRM solutions, manage reporting, and provide analysis.
- Lead a team of analysts and developers to drive and manage multiple application projects, ensuring smooth delivery of functional services across the organization.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting, manage the support backlog, and oversee operational tickets, prioritize and resolve issues as necessary.
- Develop a scalable solution and ensure seamless integration with back-office systems.
- Document business requirements, process flows, and create training materials while ensuring compliance with the company's architecture.
- Monitor service level performance, address user satisfaction issues, and prepare project development cost estimates and schedules.
- Mentor and coach team members, work closely with senior management, and provide insights to improve customer service efficiency.
Requirements:
- The candidate should have at least 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial role overseeing global site implementations.
- Experience with CRM software, particularly Oracle Fusion, and knowledge of the Manufacturing, Electronics, or Semiconductor industries are preferred.
- A background in project management, ideally with PMP or SCRUM Master certification, is also required.
- A recognized degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with strong communication and team management skills, is essential.
