Job summary

Ichor Systems Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Oracle Solution Architect to support and enhance Oracle Cloud ERP, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.

You will collaborate with IT and business leads, lead testing, and translate business requirements into robust functional solutions. The role requires hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP expertise, strong project management and communication skills, and a track record in discrete manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7-8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP with functional knowledge across SCM modules (SCP, Inventory, Manufacturing).
• Experience with discrete manufacturing business processes is highly desirable.
• Keeping up to date with Oracle quarterly releases and training business users.
• Working knowledge of the Cloud ERP security model.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert Oracle ERP functional support across business leads and stakeholders, ensuring system maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration updates, data analysis, and process optimizations.
• Lead testing for new features, enhancements, and system upgrades to maintain seamless operations.
• Translate business objectives into functional solutions as a key liaison.
• Analyze and refine functional specifications, conduct testing and debugging for enterprise apps and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT to deliver projects and support existing functionalities.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to identify process improvements and drive efficiencies.
• Contribute to project estimation, design reviews, and strategic planning.
