Job summary

Beyondsoft Singapore is seeking an Oracle Database Administrator to support our aviation client in Changi. You will monitor health, performance, and configurations while optimizing SQL and indexing, and ensuring robust backup, recovery, and high availability.

You will work with cloud-based Oracle services, diagnose complex interactions, and implement resilience enhancements. A degree in IT and 2+ years of DBA experience are expected, with Oracle certs preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven Oracle DBA experience with strong performance tuning.
• Experience with managed Oracle DB services in a cloud environment.
• Knowledge of backup/recovery, high availability, security, and monitoring.
• Ability to diagnose complex database and application interaction issues.
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology or related discipline; Oracle certification preferred.
• Typically 2+ years of Oracle DBA experience.
