As an Optometrist , you will be responsible for the following duties:
To educate patients on their refractive status and advise on appropriate optical aids available.
Perform eye examinations using specialized equipment to check patients ocular health and diagnose symptoms of any general health conditions or any vision defects.
Communicate with patients to get detailed case histories.
Keep and maintain detailed patient records of their eye health.
Dispense and manage the inventory of contact lenses, trials and solutions.
Maintain all equipment and measuring devices to be in good working condition.
Requirements:
Possess Degree or Diploma in Optometry or equivalent.
Registration with OOB.
