You will be responsible for creating an engaging shopping experience, providing professional advice on their products, and contributing to the brand’s overall performance.

No Experience Needed – Full Training Provided!

Responsibilities

• Conduct refraction tests and provide dispensing services.
• Offer professional advice on spectacles, frames, and related products.
• Provide contact lens services, including fitting, dispensing, aftercare, and handling complications.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain store operations and inventory control.
• Represent the company as a Brand Ambassador and contribute to sales targets.
• Perform cashiering duties and manage in-store transactions.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and follow company SOPs.

Requirements

• NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Optometry or equivalent.
• Registered or eligible for registration with the Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB).
• Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a retail setting.
• Retail experience preferred, but training will be provided.
• Good command of spoken English.
• Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and comfortable serving their esteemed customers for prolonged periods.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays on a rotational roster.
