As a Ops–Tech Integration/Business Transformation Lead, you will work closely with MinLaw business divisions to identify opportunities for process improvement, digitalisation, Artificial Intelligence, Automation and Analytics ("3As"), and translate these opportunities into viable transformation initiatives.
As a Ops–Tech Integration/Business Transformation Lead, you will work closely with MinLaw business divisions to identify opportunities for process improvement, digitalisation, Artificial Intelligence, Automation and Analytics ("3As"), and translate these opportunities into viable transformation initiatives.
You will serve as the bridge between business operations and technology, helping business divisions clarify problems, redesign processes, shape requirements and work with ITD, and relevant delivery teams to implement effective solutions.
This role takes a broader view across opportunity identification, business process transformation, implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.
What You Will Be Working On
- Partner business divisions to understand operational priorities, challenges and opportunities for process and technology-enabled improvement.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for simplification, redesign, automation and digitalisation.
- Assess and shape potential AI, automation, analytics and digital use cases based on business value, feasibility and organisational readiness.
- Translate business and operational needs into clear requirements, use cases and implementation approaches.
- Work with ITD, product teams, engineers and vendors to evaluate solution options and ensure they address intended business outcomes.
- Coordinate business activities across requirements validation, testing, pilot implementation and rollout.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communications and user adoption to embed new solutions and ways of working.
- Define success measures and track adoption, productivity improvements, service outcomes and other realised benefits.
- Support governance, risk, cybersecurity, privacy, data governance and Responsible AI requirements relevant to the initiative.

*Requirements*
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, business transformation, process improvement, digitalisation, technology delivery, consulting or related roles.
Strong ability to understand business operations, identify root causes and translate operational challenges into improvement opportunities.
Experience analysing and redesigning business processes and developing clear business and functional requirements.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across business, technology and vendors to implement digital solutions.
Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
Experience supporting testing, implementation, change management and user adoption.
Ability to define and track measurable operational and business outcomes.
Exposure to AI, automation, analytics or emerging digital technologies would be advantageous.
Understanding of cybersecurity, privacy, data governance and Responsible AI considerations would be useful.
Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract in the first instance.
