Job summary

Argyll Scott Singapore is seeking Operations Migration & Cutover Analysts to support operational readiness across insurance operations. The roles sit between business Operations, Technology and other delivery teams, ensuring processes, systems and support arrangements are tested and ready for migration and day-one operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations change and migration readiness within financial services.
• Ability to validate end-to-end business journeys across multi-system workflows.
• Strong delivery discipline with plans, dependencies, RAID, testing evidence and sign-offs.
• Clear documentation and auditable testing, readiness and cutover records.
• Ability to collaborate with Operations, Technology and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support operational readiness activities across migration and cutover workstreams.
• Coordinate business testing, evidence, checkpoints and sign-offs with stakeholders.
• Develop test scenarios and execution plans as required.
• Manage defect logging, retesting and closure with Technology and business teams.
• Assess migration impacts on processes, handoffs, controls and service levels.
• Maintain delivery plans, RAID items, dependencies and readiness reporting.
• Support cutover and go-live readiness, including entry/exit criteria and post-migration support.
