Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Singapore is seeking an OE Process Engineer (Software Development) to help maintain secure, scalable, and cost-efficient data center environments. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive waste reduction and deliver software tools for operational excellence across regional operations.

Qualifications

Experienced in Python, JavaScript, CICD and CDK.
Suggest & develop tools to reduce efforts and improve operational efficiencies using lean tools and software development skills.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma concepts and best practices.

Responsibilities

You will be the primary point of contact for internal customers (Network Engineers, Systems Engineers, Software Developers, Database Engineers, Technical Operations) and external customers (Hardware Vendors, Contractors, Service Providers).
Work with stakeholders to identify waste and reduce/eliminate wastes through standardization, innovation and simplification.
Develop software applications to advance operational excellence within the teams.
Handle the complete software development lifecycle; defining, prioritising, designing, building, and testing new features.
