Job summary

Skyworks in Singapore is seeking a Production Operator to join its high‑performance analog semiconductor manufacturing team. You will support daily production, operate equipment, and ensure cleanroom standards are met.

The role requires long shifts, the ability to stand for extended periods, and wearing cleanroom attire and PPE. You will contribute to safe, reliable production with attention to housekeeping and process discipline.

Qualifications

• 12 hours rotating 4-3 shift and work in cleanroom environment.
• Able to stand for long hours to perform duties.
• Wearing of cleanroom jumpsuit and PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Performing simple production control activities, prioritizing daily production demands within each equipment.
• Engaging in equipment operations that include loading and unloading of parts into equipment.
• Competent to perform good housekeeping, good workstation practice adherence, and basic simultaneous work to maximize manning ratio.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.
