Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is hiring for a production operator to support daily manufacturing activities in a cleanroom environment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely execution of tasks on the line.

Selected candidate will work 12-hour rotating shifts, operate equipment, and follow housekeeping standards while performing additional duties as assigned to keep production flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• Able to perform 12-hour rotating shifts (4-3 schedule).
• Able to stand for long hours in a cleanroom.
• Wearing cleanroom jumpsuit and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizing daily production demands within each equipment.
• Engaging in equipment operations that include loading and unloading of parts into equipment.
• Maintain good housekeeping, workstation practice and maximize manning ratio.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Job Scope

• Performing simple production control activities like prioritizing daily production demands within each equipment.
• Engaging in equipment operations that include loading and unloading of parts into equipment.
• Competent to perform good housekeeping, good workstation practice adherence, and basic simultaneous work to maximize manning ratio.
• Any other ad-hoc duties given by Supervisor.

Requirement

• Able to perform 12 hours rotating 4-3 shift and work in cleanroom environment.
• Able to stand for long hours to perform duties.
• Wearing of cleanroom jumpsuit and / or smock and / or personal protective equipment.
