Operator

Responsibilities

• Carry out all Terminal operations including Control Room, Jetty, Manifold, Tank farm, Utility and Emergency Response Tasks safely in accordance with standard operating procedure.
• Coordinate berthing and un-berthing of vessels alongside of the terminal.
• Deliver and monitor loading / discharge orders to vessel.
• Carry out tank sampling/dipping.
• Ensure ship's mooring lines are taut, gangway and loading arms are operating safely and complying with terminal safety rules and regulations.
• Acknowledge and respond as a panelman, field/jetty technician in accordance with established alarm procedures.
• Report all incidents in a timely manner.
• Follow basic mandatory work instructions to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of own self and others.
• Liaise with the pilot to ensure safe mooring of the ship and positioning of the ship's manifold to the loading arms.
• Handle shipping documentation.
• Comply and support the safety and emergency response procedures of the terminal.
• Support Shift Leader to make sure that contractors or third party execute operation tasks on site that adhered to safety, health and environment regulations and Horizon standards.

Requirements

• Above 3 years relevant terminal operation experience.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jurong Island, Singapore.
• Working hours: 12-hr shift work.
• WSHPP/CSA/WAH holders are preferred.
• Internal and external trainings will be provided.
