Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Production Operator assists with food processing operations and filling according to work instructions. They will ensure cleanliness and good housekeeping in our production plants.

They will report to the First Line Manager of the Production Plant.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform operations according to work instructions.
2. Prepare for start-up, including verification of metal detectors and other operational prerequisite programs/critical control points.
3. Machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
4. Check and record net weight digitally.
5. Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
6. Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Weekly rotating shifts:

• Mon-Sat : 7am-3pm
• Mon-Fri : 3pm-11pm
• Mon-Fri : 11pm-7am

• Minimum NITEC or foreign diploma/degree in engineering.
• Work in a non-air-conditioned environment.
• Able to lift up to 25kg of material.
• WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 is an added advantage.
