Job summary

PSA Singapore invites applications for a 1-year traineeship in yard planning. You will learn fundamentals of yard planning to support 8 container terminals handling 60,000 containers per day, using our Terminal Operations System and working in a 24/7 environment.

You will build analytical and collaborative skills while teaming with specialists to ensure vessel operations plans are executed smoothly, and you will gain exposure to vessel operations and resource planning, including quay side

Qualifications

• Local polytechnic diploma or GCE A levels with 2 H1 and 2 H2 credits.
• Willingness to perform shift duties.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Responsibilities

• Master fundamentals of yard planning to ensure smooth operations using our Terminal Operations System.
• Develop analytical and collaborative skills with a team of specialists to ensure vessel operations plans are executed.
• Learn about vessel operations and resource planning, coordinating quay side activities and container yard activities.
