We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, inventory handling, and assisting in sales and events.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with new stock preparation, including unpacking, labeling, and organizing.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet our standards before distribution or sale.
- Handle packing and order preparation for online and offline sales.
- Support customer service, including handling phone calls and assisting walk-in customers.
- Issue invoices for counter sales and repair services.
- Support events and roadshows, including setup and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level, Technical Cerificate or equivalent. (Higher qualifications welcome)
- Preferably 2 years of working experience in a similar operations or support role.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Handle stock and assist in event setups.
- Willing to support ad hoc tasks when required.
