Who We’re Looking For

A highly organized, quick-learning individual who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. You’ll work directly with the agency leader, supporting day-to-day operations, scheduling, research, and admin. If you’re an ITE graduate, hungry to grow and not afraid to take initiative — this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support events and activations organised by the agency from conceptualisation to post event.
  • Conduct simple online research and prepare brief summaries
  • Organize documents, meeting notes, and project trackers
  • Manage the agency leader’s daily schedule, appointments, and reminders
  • Liaise with internal teams and clients when needed
  • Occasionally assist with light errands

What You’ll Need

  • NITEC in Business Admin, Media, Marketing, or related fields; recent graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication (spoken & written) and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Calendar, Drive, Gmail)
  • Resourceful, positive attitude and able to learn fast
  • Interest in creative work, branding, or marketing is a bonus
  • Some design skills (Canva, PowerPoint) are a plus
