Job description

  • Support the RGM in planning, organizing and managing operational support functions

  • Coordinate, consolidate management reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to relevant stakeholders

  • Act as a liaison between the RGM and internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and task completion

  • Build good rapport and network with external stakeholders to identify opportunities for business collaborations, co-marketing and Personal relations leverage

  • Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for RGM and other employees, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transport coordination and expense management- demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes

  • Prepare and submit expense claims, travel claims, reports for your superior.

  • Provide on-ground logistical support for visitors such as transport coordination, airport visitor pass application, etc.

  • Ensure seamless operations of RGM’s office by providing support to business units on operational needs

  • Perform General Office administrative duties include attending walk-ins, courier arrangement, management of stationery and pantry supplies, maintenance of office equipment, telephone system and cleanliness of the office.

  • Purchase and allocate supplies and equipment with careful budget planning, maintain a clear inventory

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of office facilities to ensure they remain safe, secure and well maintained

  • Initiate and implement process/ productivity enhancements where possible

  • Lead and coordinate general and administrative tasks

  • Undertake any additional responsibilities or projects as assigned
