About the role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Admin to join our team at ServLink Technology Resources Pte Ltd on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key administrative role within our organisation, located in the Bukit Merah Central Region. As an Operations Support Admin, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
Receive and document service request deployments in the master reference system.
Coordinate deployment schedules with customers and end users.
Collaborate with warehouse and onsite teams to prepare project materials and ensure item readiness.
Respond to user inquiries via email and phone.
Manage and report on inventory, ensuring accuracy with physical stock.
Schedule disposal of scrap machines.
Ensure all dispatches and deployments meet defined SLA and KPI targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Monitor and follow up on open cases.
Provide administrative and operational support to the project team.
Manage service requests in accordance with customer service agreements.
Coordinate service activities with IT onsite engineers.
Liaise with third-party vendors for collections and deliveries.
Attend weekly performance meetings with the client.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within the technology or professional services sectors
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in your work
