We’re looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations. This role is key to ensuring smooth workflows, inventory accuracy, and team performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and guide warehouse staff for daily operations
• Plan and optimise warehouse space, stock flow, and manpower
• Oversee incoming/outgoing shipments, inventory accuracy, and system updates
• Ensure safety standards and cleanliness are met
• Handle material sourcing, supply levels, and equipment maintenance
• Conduct daily briefings and assist management in operational decisions

Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Forklift license preferred
• Able to work independently and lead a team
