A leading company in aviation logistics is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to manage Line Maintenance operations. The successful candidate will lead a team, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and drive process improvements in a dynamic environment. Candidates should possess relevant educational qualifications and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Higher NITEC in Logistic / Supply Chain or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Provide administrative and logistics support for Line Maintenance Component Control.

Job description

  • Provide administrative, planning, duty rostering, organising, controlling, discipline and training functions of Line Maintenance Component Control within Line Maintenance Department and participate in daily logistics operation, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety, and distribution of AOG / Critical aircraft spares.

  • To lead a team of store man / drivers within the department.

  • Ensure daily operations run smoothly and achieving KPI targets.

  • Co-ordinating with other sections and departments to ensure efficient operation within division.

  • Drive Transformation projects and analyse/improve work processes.

  • Ensures operations / training records are upkeep and coordinates for authority / customers audits.

  • Ensuring that airside safety rules and regulations are complied with.

  • Ensuring the upkeep of his department’s equipment, tools, and vehicles.

  • Ensures briefing on technical handling matters and safety issues are conducted for staff.

  • Any other duties as assigned by Operation Executive.

Requirements

  • Minimum Higher NITEC in Logistic / Supply chain or equivalent with Preferably least 2 years of relevant working experience

  • Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.

  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Comfortable to work on weekends
