Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in plant operations and maintenance.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, day-to-day operations of the oil terminal facility.

• Be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment.

• Lead a group of workers, hauliers and tanker attendants, addressing issues or grievances and ensuring proper facilitation of their assigned jobs.

• Oversee and commit to plant safety procedures: WHS, FS.

• Ensure stock count for cylinder tracking is timely and accurately reflected in the in-house system.

• Communicate with other departments or parts of the plant to ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant work experience in Petroleum/Oil and Gas is preferred.

• At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in a Plant.

• Experience ensuring overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment.

• Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.

• Self-driven and proactive.
