This is a hands-on position and the incumbent is also responsible for overseeing and managing the pick and pack department for fresh produce (vegetables and fruits), ensuring that products are packed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company quality standards. This role involves supervising a team of packers, managing daily packing operations, maintaining inventory control, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Experience with pick and pack of fresh produce, fruits, vegetables, chilled or frozen food.
Able to commit 5.5 workdays - Monday to Friday and Saturday half day (44 hours per week).
Leadership skills are considered an added advantage for the candidate.
