GolfX, Singapore’s largest and best indoor golf range, is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a focus on team development, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Strong sales skills and a proven ability to drive revenue are essential for success in this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Supervisor is expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the operation to ensure its smooth and efficient functioning. This role involves overseeing staff performance, managing work schedules, and ensuring appropriate coverage at all times. Additionally, the Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment that meets company standards.

a. Maintain good customer service and relations.

b. Help to prepare outlet daily for opening and closing of business.

c. Provide consultation regarding lesson and practice packages by phone or in person.

d. Assist to set up and maintain simulation machines and bays.

e. Help explain the machines and their functions to customers.

f. Maintain proper inventories. Order supplies when needed.

g. Assist instructors in scheduling lessons.

h. Ensure that all students are registered and have fully paid before proceeding with scheduled lessons.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a customer service role

At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management position

Sales experience is preferred, but not required

A background or interest in golf is a plus, but not mandatory

Fluency in Chinese is highly desirable as there are a lot of mandarin speaking customers
