Job Requirements

• Able to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Assist the operations manager with daily tasks such as roster planning and stock ordering from suppliers

Job Description

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to outlet activities
• Perform mise-en-place tasks
• Provide customer service that is fast, friendly, and tailored to individual needs
• Efficiently and accurately prepare and sell products to ensure prompt service following SOPs, including taking orders, clearing tables, making coffee, cashiering, cleaning dining areas, and dishwashing
• Perform other duties as assigned
