Job summary:
  • Looking for candidates available to work:
    • Monday to Sunday: Evening, Afternoon, Morning shifts
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required
  • Expected salary: $2,700 - $3,800 per month
Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficiency in service delivery and adherence to SOPs according to catering agreements
  • Create and enforce operational procedures
  • Schedule daily deliveries and resolve related issues
  • Coordinate with Kitchen and Sales departments
  • Maintain positive problem-solving attitude for smooth deliveries
  • Supervise operations workflow including warehousing and storage
  • Implement hygiene standards and processes
  • Oversee logistics for catering events
  • Manage manpower planning for catering needs
  • Complete customer deliveries and requests
  • Act as backup for customer service and drivers
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance
