The position involves scheduling duties for cleaning staff, training on equipment use, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various locations. Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and ensuring they are carried out expertly.
  2. Operating cleaning machines, scrubbers, hi-jet, etc., and providing training to cleaners on their use.
  3. Assisting the Manager in establishing cleaning standards and procedures, and ensuring adherence.
  4. Serving as the first contact for complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  5. Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials to minimize waste and misuse.
  6. Performing any other duties assigned by the Manager and Clients.

Requirements:

  1. Able to work midnight shifts.
  2. Available to standby 24x7 and report for work on short notice.
  3. Willing to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays.
  4. Willing to work at islandwide locations and travel between multiple sites daily.
  5. Excellent customer service skills and good interaction with clients.
  6. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the cleaning sector.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervising a team of cleaning staff in daily activities.
  • Maintaining records of equipment and inventory.
  • Monitoring cleaning activities.
  • Following up on client schedules and requests.
  • Assigning duties and ad-hoc tasks to staff.
  • Deploying staff and ensuring proper clock-in/out procedures.
  • Checking the company's cleaning systems and staff grooming.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years proven experience in the cleaning industry.
  • Bilingual communication skills for management interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work 6 days a week, including public holidays and weekends.
  • Work location: Islandwide.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals and machinery.
