Job Description

• Comply with company's policies and procedures related to all outlet activities
• Perform mise-en-place tasks
• Provide customer service that is fast, friendly, and tailored to each customer's needs
• Ensure efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products to deliver prompt service according to SOPs, including taking orders, clearing tables, making coffee, cashiering when needed, cleaning dining areas, dishwashing, and other duties as assigned
