Job summary

A construction firm in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager. You will oversee daily operations, manage manpower deployment, and ensure all safety standards are adhered to. Job description

Responsibilities

• In Charge of daily operations including:
• Manpower deployment for various vehicles and projects
• Planning and deployment of resources / equipments to complete daily orders for customers
• Recording of completed jobs and overtime for workers
• Collation and tallying of daily completed jobs with respective documents and submission to accounts for invoicing
• Compiling of pictures and generation of reports for submission to customers
• Simple HR function (Submission of workers OT, MC and Leave records to Admin Dept)
• Arrangements and records keeping of vehicles maintenance, repairs and servicing.
• Site survey for operational requirements for new customers / projects
• Overall safety lead (Toolbox briefing, Issuance of PPE, ART Testing Supervison etc)

Requirements

• Able to converse well in English (Spoken & Written) & Chinese (Spoken)
• IT literate (To use Microsoft offcie applications for reporting and recording)
• Dedicated and committed Worker (Able to work extended hours)
• Pleasant personality and good team player to manage 30+ workers
• Class 4 Driving License will be a plus
