Our client, a growing financial services firm expanding its Singapore presence, is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to support key operational functions across global futures, FX, and CFD products. Responsibilities include trade settlements, market data administration, client asset management, reviewing and implementing operational policies, and supporting client onboarding processes such as KYC and client enquiries.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in FX and CFD operations from a brokerage firm
• Familiarity with settlement systems
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, as the role involves regular communication with Chinse-speaking stakeholders
• Flexibility to travel to Hong Kong for 2-3 weeks to onboard and learn from the team
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
