PicoLibo, our flagship brand, is a next-gen publishing platform that empowers families, educators, and aspiring authors to create personalised children’s storybooks using generative AI to help educate and nurture our next generation of readers.

Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a hands-on, highly dependable Operations & Project Manager to help us execute projects, manage day-to-day workflows, and keep our creative engine running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with the founder to drive progress on our publishing roadmap, partnerships, and product launches
• Manage and coordinate a small team of operations associates and generative AI talents (writers, illustrators, editors)
• Oversee key project timelines — from workshops and seasonal campaigns to book production and client deliverables
• Maintain accountability across initiatives and ensure tasks move forward each week
• Join weekly in-person meetings (approx. 2 hours/week) to align and unblock teams
• Support in liaising with partners, schools, and authors when needed

• Excellent communicator with experience managing creative or cross-functional teams
• Comfortable balancing structure and flexibility in a fast-evolving startup
• Passionate about publishing, storytelling, education, or GenAI tools
• Based in Singapore and able to attend weekly in-person check-ins

Work Requirements

Commitment: ~12–15 hours/week, incl. 2 hours in-person (negotiable)
Location: Singapore (Hybrid)

Bonus Points:

• Experience in children’s publishing, content production, education, or tech-enabled creative projects
• Familiarity with generative AI tools or interest in learning
