Qualifications

  • Experience as Store Manager in F&B and retail field required.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Handle projects that are related to product quality control, employee development/training, process improvement, system implementation and other operational related projects.
  • Conduct checks or audits at the outlet to ensure outlet operating procedures meet the company requirements.
  • Assist in the development and provision of training programs to improve the technical knowledge of employees.
  • Regularly improve or revise course content to better respond to the training needs of the Company and employees.
  • Assist to establish various evaluation and audit systems for different brands.
  • Improve store performance based on audit data and analysis.
  • Review and streamline the operating processes to ensure better alignment of operational needs and conditions.
  • Involve in the new product or raw ingredients testing and new product launch.
  • Support operations and training department as and when required.
  • Communicate and work effectively with relevant parties/departments to ensure standards are implemented consistently across the Company.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Operational management experience (such as Store Manager) in F&B and retail field is required. Other similar experiences will be considered.
  • An intensive training at the outlet to understand the SOP is required for this position.
  • Willing to support business needs during public holidays and on weekends.
  • Good facilitation and questioning skills to enhance learning experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, resourceful.
  • Passionate team player with interest to learn and interested in being part of a driven and energetic team.
  • Outgoing personality, willing to interact with trainees from different background and experiences.
  • Nurturing personality, taking responsibility in trainee's progress and willing to help them assimilate into the Company.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Words / Excel / Power Point.
  • Able to commence immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.
