Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator (Business Operations) to support cross-functional initiatives within a leading global technology company in Singapore. You will partner with stakeholders across multiple teams to coordinate projects, support operational initiatives, and maintain project visibility.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Business Operations, or a related role.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and coordinating project activities.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are effectively managed.
• Serve as a key point of coordination between stakeholders, teams, and vendors to drive alignment and project progress.
• Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions and action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Track project risks, dependencies, issues, and blockers, escalating where necessary to maintain project momentum.
• Prepare project status updates, reports, dashboards, and meeting summaries for stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, SOPs, workflows, and operational records, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
