Job summary

Internsg is offering an internship focused on order processing and administrative support in Singapore. You will assist with receiving and reviewing orders from Shopee, Lazada, and our website, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

You will coordinate with kitchen and logistics teams and update several databases while building customer relations. You will gain hands-on experience in data management, product updates across platforms, and event support, all while developing essential business

Qualifications

• Pursuing ITE/diploma/degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva; familiarity with AI tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to communicate in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, reviewing, and processing customer orders from Shopee, Lazada, and Website.
• Verify order details, ensure accuracy, and communicate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and follow-up communications.
• Assist in managing and updating the website backend database and customer records.
• Assist in updating product information across platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy in the website database.
• Perform general administrative tasks (data entry, printing labels, filing).
• Provide support for temporary events and CNY season.
• Support admin executive on various projects as needed.
