Work Week: 5 days week
Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm from Tuesday to Saturday.
Salary Ranges: S$2,800 to S$3,500
Job Summary:
My client is seeking for a right talent for the position of Operations & Marketing Executive . This position will be fully responsible for the clinic's marketing, operations and admin roles and responsibilities. This position provides an excellent path to the management role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations
- Maintenance of office aesthetic and hygiene
- Front line counter services
- File medical records and medical related documentation
- Coordinate appointments
- Registration of patients
- Tend to walk-in and phone enquiries
- Perform clinical administrative duties timely and accurately
- Prepare weekly/monthly/periodic reports
- To ensure PH’s information, medical reports and bills, & other documentations
- are properly filed into system according to the Company’s protocol
- Organize, schedule and/or assist company’s meetings including company
- events
- Take accurate meeting minutes and submit to HOD within 3 working days after meeting, and to ensure proper documentation filing
- Record of all incoming and outgoing transactions into accounting system
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Issue customer invoices and receivables
- Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure accounts receivables are timely and up-date
- Entry of bank transactions accurately and regularly
- Assist with salary calculations, statutory deductions and payroll processing
- Maintain proper records of all invoices and receipts for AR, AP, financial and HR documents
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
2. Marketing
- Objective & Goal: To drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- To improve company sales numbers
- To obtain feedbacks and google reviews from all patients after every session
- To assist, organize, develop, schedule, execute and actively participate in all marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, virtual, physical, webinars, seminars) to promote company’s services.
- To coordinate with vendors, partners and agencies for campaigns execution
- To monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis
- To assist market research, content creation and marketing events coordination
- To manage digital marketing and social media accounts in terms of posting, monitoring and track engagement metrics.
- To work closely with Premium Care/marketing partners and ensure regular social media postings
- To assist research on competitors, customer trends and market conditions and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth
- To assist and develop marketing materials (i.e. brochures, presentation slides)
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing/digital marketing
- 2 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent communication skills, as this position must communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and under a dynamic culture
- Creative with strong time management skills
