Operations Manager (Testing & Certification)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing certification projects and laboratory operations to ensure timely delivery, efficiency, and compliance.

• Manage end-to-end certification and lab operations for timely and quality outcomes.

• Drive process improvements and implement training plans across functions.

• Lead workforce planning, hiring, mentoring, and performance management.

• Align operational metrics with company objectives.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

• Represent the organization in global engagements as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or a related field.

• Solid experience in certification, testing or quality assurance roles in electrical, industrial machinery, consumer electronics, and medical fields.

• Proven leadership in managing technical or operational teams.

• Excellent project management and strategic planning skills.

• Familiarity with international standards and regulatory requirements.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
