  • Manage the coaching team's schedules.
  • Organise weekly Operations meeting and update monthly report to CEO.

Job description

Red Dot Penguins is looking for people who are keen to be part of a social enterprise, who have a heart to bring efficiency and quality to service rendered and in doing so, contribute to society.

The successful Operations Manager will service the operational needs of the company through an excellent customer service and creation of good workflows.


Main duties:

  • Ensure quality and excellence service is rendered to B2B and B2C.
  • To see the growth of Learn-To-Swim program.
  • Manage the coaching team's schedules.
  • Managing the company hotline enquiries.
  • Booking of venues for business needs.
  • Ensure proper and up-to-date inventory lists.
  • Organising weekly Operations meeting.
  • Update and sending monthly report to CEO.
  • Meeting with the CEO on a monthly basis and when required.

Other duties includes:

  • Attend Learn To Coach training program and complete the attachment hours.
  • Attend courses as required by the company.
  • Any other duties as requested by the Management.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of operational background in the service industry.
  • Degree holder preferred.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Active, independent and outspoken individual.
  • A team player.
  • Willing to travel to different centres on a regularly basis for site visits.
  • 6 days work week (Mon - Fri: 9am to 3pm; and work on 1 weekend).
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
