As a Operation Manager (Sub-Acute Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Manage linen and laundry services, including hygiene, inventory, and timely distribution.
Oversee food service operations, ensuring dietary needs, patient satisfaction, and food safety compliance.
Coordinate bed occupancy and turnover to support smooth patient flow.
Lead claims management, ensuring accurate submissions and continuous process improvement.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
Drive cross-departmental projects focused on operational efficiency and service excellence.
Ensure PDPA compliance, including conducting audits and staff training on data protection practices.
Support management meetings by providing secretariat support, documentation, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve operational challenges and enhance service delivery.
Manage procurement processes for linen, food, and related services; negotiate contracts to ensure value and quality.
Recruit, train, and develop team members; manage performance and foster a positive work environment.
Develop and monitor operational budgets; implement cost-control measures using data-driven strategies.
Address staff and patient feedback to improve service delivery.
Take on additional responsibilities including service expansion and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, particularly in areas such as linen, food services, or patient logistics.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage teams and drive operational improvements.
Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and data analysis to support efficient, cost-effective operations.
