As a Operation Manager (Sub-Acute Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Manage linen and laundry services, including hygiene, inventory, and timely distribution.

  • Oversee food service operations, ensuring dietary needs, patient satisfaction, and food safety compliance.

  • Coordinate bed occupancy and turnover to support smooth patient flow.

  • Lead claims management, ensuring accurate submissions and continuous process improvement.

  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

  • Drive cross-departmental projects focused on operational efficiency and service excellence.

  • Ensure PDPA compliance, including conducting audits and staff training on data protection practices.

  • Support management meetings by providing secretariat support, documentation, and follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve operational challenges and enhance service delivery.

  • Manage procurement processes for linen, food, and related services; negotiate contracts to ensure value and quality.

  • Recruit, train, and develop team members; manage performance and foster a positive work environment.

  • Develop and monitor operational budgets; implement cost-control measures using data-driven strategies.

  • Address staff and patient feedback to improve service delivery.

  • Take on additional responsibilities including service expansion and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, particularly in areas such as linen, food services, or patient logistics.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage teams and drive operational improvements.

  • Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and data analysis to support efficient, cost-effective operations.
