Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all port formalities, including arranging pilotage, tug services, and obtaining port clearances
  • Manage immigration procedures for crew embarkation and disembarkation
  • Submit timely and accurate applications for crew changes
  • Arrange hotel bookings and transport logistics for crew members
  • Stay updated on latest regulations from MPA, ICA, and NEA
  • Coordinate effectively with vendors, including suppliers, surveyors, technicians, and repair personnel
  • Communicate instructions clearly and promptly to all relevant parties
  • Oversee clearance and delivery of ship spares
  • Ensure timely processing and updating of documentation and operational information
  • Keep shipowners informed of vessel activities and port operations
  • Attend vessels on board when required
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with maritime operations and port procedures
  • Strong understanding of immigration and port regulations
  • Proficient in computer and administrative tools
  • Able to work independently or in a team, including during non-standard hours
